Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
Please note:
- Processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods.
- Personalized and monogrammed pieces may require additional processing time.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We offer free economy shipping on U.S. orders over $75 before discounts.
- Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
- Economy Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
- Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and import fees are calculated at checkout when available.
- Additional customs charges may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
- International orders outside the United States are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Willamere is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, Willamere is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
