Shipping Information

  • At this time, Willamere only ships to the U.S. 

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
  • For orders under $150, shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Economy shipping: arrives in 5-8 business days once shipped.
  • Standard shipping: arrives in 3-4 business days once shipped.
  • Shipping costs are not able to be refunded. 
  • Willamere is not responsible for carrier delays or misdirected shipments.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please make sure your order is shipping to the correct address. Willamere is not responsible for the package after it leaves our hands. 

Returns & Exchanges

Our Guarantee: We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Items can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Original shipping costs are not able to be refunded. 

 How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@willamere.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what item you would like instead. If you would prefer to return for store credit, please let us know and we would be glad to help. 
  3. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@willamere.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
