• At this time, Willamere only ships to the U.S. 

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

• We offer free shipping on orders above $50 before any added discounts. 
• Shipping costs for orders under $50 are shown upon checkout.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost upon checkout.
  • Economy shipping: arrives in 5-8 business days once shipped.
  • Standard shipping: arrives in 3-4 business days once shipped.
• In case of returns, shipping costs are not able to be refunded. 
• Willamere is not responsible for carrier delays or misdirected shipments.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please make sure your order is shipping to the correct address. Willamere is not responsible for the package after it leaves our hands. 

Returns & Exchanges

Our Guarantee: We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Original shipping costs are not able to be refunded. 
• Returns: A $7 return fee will be deducted from your refunded amount, to account for return shipping and processing, unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Exchanges: We allow up to one exchange per order, with no return shipping and processing fees. If you decide to return the exchanged item, the $7 return fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
• Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.

 How to Return or Exchange:

• Click here to get started with your return or exchange.
  • Simply add your email associated with your purchase, and we will email you a confirmation code to log in. 
  • Once you are logged in, click "request return" for the order that you want to submit a return for.
  • Select the items you'd like to return, along with a return reason. We would greatly appreciate a note for why you are returning, so we can make future experiences even better.
  • When you are finished click "request return".
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label for you to print.
  • For returns, a $7 return fee will be deducted from your refunded amount, to account for return shipping and processing, unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect.
    
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used and your banking institution.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
• If you need additional assistance, email us at hello@willamere.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we would be glad to help.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@willamere.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
