What makes Willamere products unique?
Each Willamere print is hand-drawn by Sophia, our co-founder, and not a mass produced common print. The watercolor designs are then printed onto our organic fabrics and made into textiles. How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website. Simply browse our collections, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods. You’ll see the available options during checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us at hello@willamere.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be too far along in the process to modify.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. For returns, please note a $7 return fee will be deducted from your refunded amount, to account for return shipping and processing, unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect. We allow up to one exchange per order, with no return shipping and processing fees. Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that we cannot accept returns without your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Product Care
How do I care for my Willamere products?
Each product comes with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend gentle washing with mild detergents and low heat tumble drying to maintain the quality and longevity of our fabrics.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes, most of our products are machine washable. However, we suggest following the care instructions provided with each item to ensure the best results.
